I am so happy you are here.

I've been dedicated to the art of massage therapy since 2018. With my training Irene's Myomassology Institute and experience in clinical settings, I specialize in alleviating chronic pain through personalized approaches. I have training in Myofascial Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Thai Massage, Cupping, and intraoral TMJ massage. I am also now offering the NADA protocol auricular acupuncture which you can experience during a massage session.

I am a lifelong learner and am passionate about the mind body connection. Currently, I'm expanding my knowledge in mental health, working toward my master's in counseling and art therapy. 

In my free time, I enjoy crafting with clay, creating herbal tinctures and teas, and enriching my holistic practice. In the summer, you will find me at Griffin Gardens and Walled Lake Farmers Market doing chair massage or selling crafts.
